  • International Shipping

    We ship to select countries. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. Delivery times vary by destination.

    All fine jewelry orders are shipped insured and require a signature upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

    Artisan does not offer returns. We gladly accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in their original condition and packaging.

  • Exchanges

    To request an exchange, contact us at artisanjewelry25.com within 7 days of delivery. Exchange shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using insured, trackable shipping, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
